I am a woman, I love to be loved

I am a man, I love to be respected

I am a child, I love to be understood

I am a wife, I love attention

I am a listener, I love to be heard

I am a hearer, I love to be listened to

I am a boss, I love to be obeyed

I am a staff, I love to be valued

I am a sinner, I love to be accepted

I am a pastor, I love to be reverend

I am a slave, I love to be protected

I am a leader,   I love to be followed

Whoever God has called us to be, or we have grown to become, there is a want and need in its diversities. Coincidentally, all the needs and wants cannot be given by ones’ self. Men were never created to be self-sufficient.
